This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for purchases made on the WeeBazar website.
WeeBazar sells packaged food products. Due to the nature of such products, specific conditions apply to cancellations and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched.
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
WeeBazar reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Food Products Policy
As we deal in packaged food products such as makhana, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with applicable consumer protection standards.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to natural characteristics
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
WeeBazar will provide a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The package is tampered with upon delivery
- The wrong product is delivered
Process to Report an Issue:
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to report within the specified time may result in the request being declined.
WeeBazar reserves the right to verify claims before approving a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- The processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Any delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our direct control.
You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
5. Fraud Protection Clause
To prevent misuse of this policy:
- WeeBazar reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
- Multiple claims from the same account may be subject to additional verification.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of future service.
